According to Santosh Kumar Yadav, Chairman, Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad currently has less housing units, which are below the rupees ten lakh category. There are plans to provide affordable policy schemes to the developers for the purpose. There are some plots still left in the Madhuban Bapudham scheme, which would lead to more development in the city.
